2. Consultation & Design

  Once the specific needs have been identified, NCS Communication Designers identify an appropriate solution that integrates existing hardware, if available, and maximizes the potential of network-enabled digital technology to accommodate the level of functionality required. NCS will always ensure the required storage, redundancy and system scalability is worked into the solution and that the solution is designed to strict industry standards.
     
3. Network Analysis   The biggest worry any company has about a system implementation is the risk of business disruption and the impact on network bandwidth. NCS will conduct a detailed analysis of the existing network infrastructure to ensure the new digital video monitoring and access control systems will not place excessive demands on the network bandwidth. Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy a seamless migration to IP-based security and business intelligence.
     
4. Implementation   The key to the successful delivery of a project is how its managed. Our Certified Project Management Professionals manage the Accredited Technicians throughout the implementation to minimize disruption and ensure the project is on schedule and on budget.
     
5. System Testing   Prior to finalizing the project implementation, NCS performs extensive system tests to ensure the system is operating efficiently and meets industry standards.
     
6. Knowledge Transfer   Our job is not complete until we provide as-built documentation, manufacturer warranties and training on the features and functionality of the system.
     
7. Ongoing Support   NCS offers comprehensive customized maintenance and support programs with Service Level Agreements that can include 24/7 support across North America. We also offer ongoing Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) as required.
